a) good communication skills
b) contract savvy - must know how to write a Colorado Real Estate Contract and work well with customers. We do business in accordance with the Federal Fair Housing Law
c) possess excellent listening skills
d) willing to work and enjoy selling real estate

We service areas in all of Denver Metro, Summit County and Colorado Springs.
REQUIREMENTS: Looking For Experienced Brokers with a minimum of 18 months or more selling real estate. Also please have reliable transprotation, computer and motivation.
