If you are new to the home search tool please take a moment to read the below. It’s a very quick overview of things you should know to help you get the most out of your search.

This site provides the most powerful home search ability found in Colorado. We do ask you to sign up with minimal information and no password to remember. By signing up you take advantage of many of the features listed below. We will not call unless you ask us to. We respect your privacy and we do not give out your information to anyone. We simply do not feel that bugging you with phone calls is the best way to cultivate a relationship.

Our home search technology shows you ALL the homes regardless of listing brokerage through our live IDX MLS interface.

Remember, when you are looking at a particular home be sure and scroll down to see where that home is in relation to schools and major roads. We also show you other homes for sale near the home you're viewing and what the price difference is.

The home page has our quick search facility. This is a great way to search by street number or street name. See Instructions below.

 For example, let's just say you're searching for 751 15^th Street, Golden, CO 80401. If you search for '751' you'll get all active homes with an address starting with '751' sorted by city. If you search for '15^th' you'll get all active homes with the word or number '15^th' anywhere in the address sorted by city.

For a much more powerful search simply click on the Home Search button. Here is a list of some of our more popular features you may want to take advantage of:

• Saved Homes - This feature allows you to save homes in your favorites list so you can easily find them later. One of the nice advantages of saving a home is that we notify you automatically via email when a saved home has a price change or is taken off the market.
• Schools - We allow you to find homes where your children attend a specific school and not just a school district. We feel this is a much more powerful way to find a home since school districts can easily span cities.
• Sale Type - One of our most powerful and popular features allows you to search for All homes, Pre-Foreclosures (short sales), Foreclosures (Bank Owned, Lender Owned of Corporate Owned) or HUD Owned homes. 
• Options - Allows you to narrow your home search even further by selecting main floor master bedroom, golf course community or horse property.
• Property Count - Shows how many homes meet your criteria prior to clicking on the Start Search button.
• Map Search - Allows you to define an area in a map to find homes. This is a great feature you should play with.
• Income Property - Allows you to search for income producing properties which may include businesses, office space or multi-family units.
• Land & Lots - Allows you to search for land and lots. A powerful feature for those wanting to invest in land or find a lot to build on.
• New Listings - Allows you to find all new listings in a price range in a particular city that have come on the market in the past day all the way up to two weeks ago in one day increments. This is a very powerful way to find out what is new on the market.

How our email system works:

• Our automatic email system will send homes we think may be of interest to you based on your click history. The more homes you click on, the smarter it gets.
• Or you can tell us specifically what you're looking for and we will input that into our system and homes that come on the market that meet that criteria will be emailed to you for your viewing.
• You may unsubscribe from our automatic email system at anytime.
