Janet has been a Littleton resident for over 40 years and is very familiar with the surrounding metro areas in Colorado including Summit County. Her father has built custom homes in Denver Metro area for over 30 years, which sparked her interest in real estate.

Her career began in the real estate as a very successful full-time real estate investor, and then broadened her career into a licensed full time real estate broker. She quickly became top producer in her previous real estate office and decided to form her own company now called Aspen Real Estate, LLC.

Janet`s technology expertise training has helped her keep a strong focus on technology and its applications in the real estate business which is why she carries the highest of designations to be ahead of the competition. As a Council of Residential Specialist (CRS) Designee, she must carry a proven track record in the business, as well as advanced education in related areas like finance, technology and marketing. Only 4% of the Realtors achieve this designation across America.
